Dieselbones Deviled Eggs
Spice up the classic with a healthy dose of Dieselbones!
Ingredients
6 large eggs
2 tbsp Dieselbones
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
Instructions
Rinse eggs under warm water, and place in a small saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then turn off. Cover and let them sit for 10-12 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water, then peel. Cool in fridge for 10 minutes.
Halve eggs lengthwise, gently scoop yolks into a small Ziploc bag. Zip tight, and mush the yolks with your hands. Add mayonnaise, Dieselbones, salt and pepper. Mash well.
Snip the end of the bag with scissors, and squeeze a small amount of the yolk mixture into each egg half. Top with diced jalapeno.
